I loved the place thanks to rooms and location. It was a stunning area, a good base for me. Also, it was just 1 km to polgoon vineyard. Smooth check-in was a bonus.

Welcoming staff plus the breakfast was rich. I enjoyed nice furniture in the double room. Prime location, at a near distance from The Alverton Gallery. Very good experience there.

It was tidy, everyone was consistently courteous. The restaurant was magnificent, excellent service, perfect food. Top location to Trereife House. Having different cold drinks in the outdoor bar was a very nice touch. Liked our stay at this unique hotel, it was excellent.

Thanks for making our stay a really great experience. The staff was superfriendly, the bed was lovely. Small double room was warm, everything was fine. The building itself was interesting with a gorgeous garden.

The place was spotless and we loved our twin room. Right by the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. In the evening we visited The Summerhouse, set within short walking distance to the hotel. We can recommend to anyone

The accommodation had everything we needed for our trip, we thoroughly enjoyed amenities and people. A heating system, a sofa bed and a sitting area were available in our king room. The host upon arrival was FANTASTIC. We would recommend this hotel to friends coming to Penzance.
